Yoga classes

Yoga is an extremely effective natural solution to relieve stress and anxiety.
The alternation of physical moments during which the heart rate will be accelerated and moments of calm helps to reduce stress by lowering blood pressure and heart rate. Breathing exercises (pranayamas) oxygenate the brain and nervous system and help to calm the body. Finally, yoga is both a physical and mental practice that teaches us to clear our minds, to stop thinking about anything else, having a considerable impact on stress and anxiety.
The effects of yoga will be visible in the long term and we recommend that you integrate it into your daily life. You can take a few classes a week/month, but you can also take 10-20 minutes a day in the morning or evening to do some sun salutations or breathing exercises to feel a sense of calmness in your daily life.
Whether you are a beginner or not, our small group classes will help you to become familiar with the practice, to gain independence and above all to understand the richness of this ancient practice.
